This form can be used for multiple purposes

We strongly recommend printing this form out prior to seeing a job site and using this as tool when jotting down necessary information on each unit. Key items needed are serial number, gallons/and or weights, and dimensions.  If you see on the plate of the transformer names like Pyranol, Inerteen or Askarel by the gallons please include on the form.
