Recently, TCI of NY has formed a partnership with Northeast Transformer Services (NETS). NETS is a full service rebuilding facility located in Cortland, NY. NETS has been in the transformer repair business since 1999. Management and staff have over 60 years of experience in the field. Their territory is the Northeast. They offer prompt, courteous service using their own fleet of trucks to pickup and deliver directly to the customer locations. lf you are looking to dispose and rebuild some of your units, TCI will work with you and have everything picked up at the same time for one-stop shopping. We will get your units to NETS. NETS has the ability to go onsite for testing, evaluation and quotations as needed.

Transformer Repair & Testing

• Specializing in distribution transformer repair & testing
• Pole mount or pad mount, single or three phase, 1 to 2500/kva
• Repairs range from a minor repair to a major repair
• Reconditioning of regulators and network transformers

Testing Process

• Once received all units are given a unique ID# and evaluated for repair
• Units are then screened into 3 categories of repair according to damage found
• Minor repair
• Regular repair
• Recondition repair
• After repair ALL units are painted and 1OO% are tested per ANSI standards.
