Mr. David Laskin, President of Trans-Cycle Industries, Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of a new service for its customers - the recycling of light ballasts.

TCI has been a leader in the development of environmentally safe transformer metals recovery at all levels of contamination for over 12 years. Under the leadership of David Laskin, TCI has been in the vanguard of developing the most technologically advanced solvent washing and metals recovery program in the United States today. The system designed by TCI exceeds the standard currently required by the EPA, thereby, guaranteeing liability free disposal. TCI's facility is bulit on virgin land and boasts a compliance record unparalleled in the industry.

In keeping with its history of setting the standard, TCI now introduces this much-needed sevice to all generators. This new service will be housed in an enclosed area of the Pell City, Alabama plant. The TCI process requires the cleaning of all metal components of each ballast to <10ug/100cm². This new service compliments the existing service of TCI and further enhances TCI's commitment to eliminating landfilling of reusable metals.
